Winding down from my day with a lovely concoction of limoncello, gin and tonic. The staff here is so welcoming - it's just like meeting up with good buddies. Look out I just might burst into a chorus or two of the "where everyone knows your name" song.

The place is quite full tonight; a combination of live music fans and a popular show in the theater next door.

One of the young managers just got an earful of marketing suggestions - all good - this old saleslady is always locked and loaded folks.

I'm feeling more organized in the last couple of days, and hopefully the trend will continue. I did a wardrobe purge night before last, and there's two big shopping bags full for the thrift shop. The closet is packed tighter than ever. What can I say? It was a combination of clearance and closing sales. And I had coupons and you got more coupons with every 50 dollar purchase.

The live music is starting. Nice jazzy combo with a good singer. Thank you Universe. There's nothing worse than sitting somewhere enjoying a drink and nibbles, and suddenly the live music starts and you wish you were dead.
